Perks And Quirks
There are four types of creatures, beast, humanoid, magical beast, and monstrous humanoid.
Mental Size increases the Creature's Knowledge and other Mental Traits at the expense of some other Traits.
Physical Size increases the Creature's Might and other Physical Traits at the expense of some other Traits.
Spiritual Size increases the Creature's Aura and other Spiritual Traits at the expense of some other Traits.
Creature Type
Beast -2
A Beast cannot be proficient with tools or languages. Things like Armor can be put on Beasts but usually the Beast cannot remove the tools without damaging them. Beasts can learn words at a cost of one proficiency point per word. Sign Language includes things like pointing which must be learned.
Humanoid +0
A Humanoid is a basic human like creature that can be proficient in both tools and languages.
Magical Beast -1
A Magical Beast can be proficient in language but cannot be proficient with Tools. Things like Armor can be put on Magical Beasts but usually the Magical Beast cannot remove the tools without damaging them.
Monstrous Humanoid -1
A Monstrous Humanoid can be proficient with tools but cannot be proficient with Languages. Monstrous Humanoids can learn words at a cost of one proficiency point per word. Sign Language includes things like pointing which must be learned.

Creature's choice but the creature cannot chose a higher minus in one of the characteristics until the other two characteristics equal the one the creature wants to reduce. This applies across all Size Types.

+1 Chase (Quickness) (+1/8)
+1 Flee (Quickness) (+1/8)
+1 Physical Virulence (Body) (+1/4)
+1 Physical Virulence Save (Body) (+1/4)
+1 Physical Trauma Save (Body) (+1/8)
-1 Quickness or Wits or Influence (-1)

Consumables includes air, food, and water needed each day.
2x Weight (-1/8)
+1/3 Height (-1/8)
Mathematically it's technically a little less but compounds up to 2x Height every three levels.
